Classic Custom Floor Plan Package 3500sqft Max
I’m offering custom floor plans. I’ve been drawing floor plans since elementary school. When I was a teen, a boyfriend at the time bought me a professional CAD program for designing and building software because he hated me drawing them in a sketchbook or using the sims for it 😂 In a roundabout way it ended up leading me to a path of interior design, styling, home decor, etc
The process is pretty simple—
After purchase fill out the custom floor plan form uploading a sketch of what you have in mind and the following
Number of bedrooms
Number of bathrooms
Square footage (3500sqft max)
Garage attached or not and how many spaces
Additional special requests
Need two offices
Gym
Formal dining and all day
Wrap around porch
Loft
Kids toy room
Etc
Number of levels ? main, upper, if want a basement, etc
Then I will take the information you gave me and will create a floor plan and front elevation within 10-14 business days. I may reach out with clarifying questions in that time, but then I will send your custom floor plan to you
And if there’s something you want to revise, you have up to 2 free revisions. The whole process with both revisions is completed within 30 days.
Revisions do NOT cover completely new floorplans or projects, revisions are adjusting less than 50 percent of the design.
If you need more than two revisions, more are available for purchase under the Micro Custom Floor Plan Package
This is not a full set of blueprints ready to build but generally enough to secure quotes and mortgages with a more accurate expected cost instead of wasting thousands of dollars on custom plans to find out what you want isn’t possible.
