Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to accept returns or exchanges so please reference the size chart in the listing before purchasing to make sure you’re getting the best option for your size. All clothing is unisex so they generally fit true to size for men/amab and run a little larger for women/afab. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Remember items made with majority cotton can shrink when washed.

If you like a design, but want it on a different color than you see offered, or on a sweatshirt instead of t-shirt, etc you can fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will do our best to make your request come true asap and let you know when it’s available!

Yes! Some of our apparel items are actually available because people requested the specific design or phrase.

While we will be offering pre designed floor plans by Jordan, each order for Classic and Signature packages are 100% customized to your wants and needs and exclusive to you. We provide a custom floor plan and front elevation based on your custom specifications and preferences. We can also draw a custom floor plan to any inspiration you provide as well as additions/renovations to your pre-existing home.

After you’ve placed your order and we receive your custom specifications and preferences, you’ll receive the first draft of your custom floor plan within 10-14 days. If there’s anything you want changed on the first draft, let us know and we’ll send you a revised floor plan within a 7 days after we received your revision requests.

These are not a full set of working drawings for permitting. We provide you with a professional floor plan and front elevation customized to your specifications and preferences that is generally enough for you to get quotes from HOA’s, bank loans, builders, pricing from local architects, etc without wasting thousands of dollars on a full custom set of plans just to find out what you want isn’t possible.

These packages are for a custom floor plan based on your specifications and front elevation only. 3D renderings are not included.

The process is simple. Choose your package based on your desired amount of square footage. After you’ve purchased, fill out the form on this page or located here. If you need to send more than 5 pictures or sketches please mention that in the special requests and I will reach out for you to email them. The sketch does not need to be perfect or straight lines, etc a quick sketch on a piece of paper is fine. You’re welcome to include inspiration you found on Pinterest or elsewhere. After we’ve received all your preferences, we send you a custom floor plan within 10-14 days. If you notice anything you would like to change please indicate it on the plan and send it back to us. We will then revise the floor plan to include those changes and send you your finalized floor plan and front elevation within 7 days.

We currently offer 2 different custom floor plan packages. If your desired amount of heated square footage is 3,500 or less, then purchase the Classic Custom Floor Plan Package. If your desired amount of square footage is between 3,501-5,000, then purchase the Signature Custom Floor Plan Package. The third package, Micro Custom Floor Plan Package, is if additional revisions are needed. If your desired amount of square footage is over 5,000, then fill out the information in form on here with the option for “need custom pricing” selected and we will get back to you with a customized price based on your needs.

After you purchase, simply fill out all the information in the form found here. If you need to send more than 5 images of sketches or inspiration, please mention that in the special requests box so we can reach out via email for you to send them.

Both the Classic and Signature Packages include up to 2 free revisions. In most instances, that’s enough to get the custom floor plan perfect for your preferences and specifications. Qualifying revisions are changing less than 50% of the floor plan each time. If more than 2 revisions are needed, you will be able to purchase the Micro Custom Floor Plan Package for additional revisions. If more than 50% of the floor plan is requested to be changed, additional charges may incur.

With digital products, we cannot issue exchanges or refunds. However, if you purchased the Classic Package and realize you want more than 3,500, we can send a custom invoice for the differences in packages. Same if you purchase the Signature package and realize you need more than 5,000 square feet, we can send a custom invoice for additional square footage needed. If we haven’t started the process or there are any issues with your order, please reach out. We want to make sure your floor plan is just right.

If you’re unsure of which package to choose, fill out the design questionnaire form found here, and select “unsure” for which services you are interested in. Then explain your situation and goals or what you need help with in the last message box. After we have that information, we can better help you choose the bet package for your needs!

We’ve found that everyone has different needs when it comes to interior design. Some people just need help picking out a few accessories or styling a bookshelf, while others just want help picking out furniture but want to play around with the design in their space themselves, and others want help with everything and a plan laid out based on their specific space that they can follow to make their dreams a reality. The three packages we offer cover the majority of circumstances. So offering these, as well as custom options as needed, allows us to meet those needs and saves clients money. For example, if you only need help with styling a bookshelf, there’s no reason you should have to pay for a full design concept.

Each plan comes with revisions before we are done working together so the final shopping list, or design concept, with links are things you have said yes to based on what you’re looking for, design style, and budget.

The nice thing about virtual design is that it’s ALL from the comfort of your home, at YOUR pace. We just provide you with the information needed based off of what you tell us you want and then you are free to execute the design at your own pace and budget. So say you have to spread out purchasing the products over a few months based on your paychecks, that’s okay! You’re free to do it as fast as you want or as slow as you want.
